Park's Suzuki Irvine staff were good because from my initial enquiry they were able to answer all my queries and reassure me by anticipating my needs and requirements. I'd like to give special mention to Phil, Ingrid and Ewan who all made the experience feel pleasurable and hassle free.
I'd recommend Park's Suzuki Irvine to a friend because Ingrid Paterson gave excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for her from arranging road tax to connecting our phones and tuning in radio stations that we listen to. She also explained and arranged the additional extended warranty for us. This saved us having to do it all. Ingrid was very friendly and we had some great banter. She did not have the ‘usual’ car salesman attitude and this was the main reason we chose Parks as we had the same treatment from Paul Kennie when we purchased our last car from yourselves. Will definately use you again.
